The item I received is damaged/faulty, can I replace it?
If you've received a damaged or faulty item, take it to your nearest store or email Customer Support at enquiry@vinodpatel.com.fj or call us on +679 910 3111, who will assist you with replacing your product or process a refund.

Can I return the item to my nearest Vinod Patel store?
You can return an item to your nearest Vinod Patel store if you've received a damaged or faulty product, or if you've changed your mind. View our returns policy.

How will I receive my refund?
The refund will be processed back into the same account you used to make the purchase. If any of the above events led for refund the customer, VPCL will refund within 3 working days.

What if the product I want isn't able to be ordered online?
Our extended online range gives customers access to hundreds of products from our suppliers that were previously only available to order in-store. It gives you access to a much wider range and choice. For some products, such as custom-made products or products with specific delivery requirements that need to be confirmed with you, please contact the team at the Special Orders Desk at your local Vinod Patel who can order these items for you or additionally contact the nearest VPCL branch e-Commerce officer or please call our friendly customer service representative on 5888 or +679 3393111.

Can I cancel my order?
We encourage our customers to be fully aware of the products they plan to purchase. However, at times our customers may realize that they have ordered the wrong item after confirming the order. We VPCL permit those customers to cancel their order within 24 hours from the time they confirmed the order. For more information please read our cancellation and refund policy

Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, you can make changes to your order as long as it hasn't left the VPCL warehouse. Contact Customer Support, enquiry@vinodpatel.com.fj, who will assist you with any changes.

My order hasn't arrived, what now?
If your order hasn't arrived, please contact Customer Support at enquiry@vinodpatel.com.fj, and we will look into it for you.

Can I get my order delivered?
Yes. VPCL committed free deliveries to all our customers provided that the given delivery address is within 15km range to our nearest branch. However special delivery can be arranged with an extra charge. Please contact our Customer Support, enquiry@vinodpatel.com.fj for information.

What are Special Orders? Delivery happens to other islands?
Confirmed orders to be delivered at other islands except Viti Levu and Vanua Levu, will only be delivered up to the closest maritime jetty of our branch. Customer should make arrangements with respective shipping companies’ items to be delivered. VPCL reserves no responsibility on any damage caused during maritime delivery. Customer Care needs to be emailed at enquiry@vinodpatel.com.fj to coordinate with the nearest branch and arrange delivery. You can check more information on delivery here.

Can I change my delivery address after submitting an order?
Yes, you can change your delivery address. Please contact Customer Support at enquiry@vinodpatel.com.fjfor assistance.

I'm missing a product from my order, what should I do?

Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?
Yes, someone else can pick up your order on your behalf. Please nominate the person who can pick an order on behalf of you. Can I order from overseas and have the product delivered to an address in Fiji? Yes, you can order products from overseas however, items can only be delivered to a Fiji address for now.

I'm having trouble ordering online, can you help me?
If you're having trouble buying products online, contact Customer Support at enquiry@vinodpatel.com.fj for assistance or call at the given telephone numbers.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made by any credit or debit cards provided that they are registered with Visa or MasterCard.

When will I be charged for my order?
Payment will be processed immediately following a successful transaction.

How do I create a VPCL account?
Select 'Sign In' at the top of the homepage, then select 'Create a profile' to sign up for a VPCL account.

What is Smart Credit facility?
Smart Credit is a facility, extending to Vinod Patel customers in the form of Hire Purchase Product to make your lives comfortable & affordable. Contact the nearest store for more information.

Can my products be insured under Hire Purchase?
Yes, Prime Cover Insurance risk management can be added at minimal additional cost and is available in 10 VPCL stores across Fiji-wide.
